Turbo trainer advice on wheels and bike

    Hi all,
So I'm lucky enough to have gotten a new Tacx tablet trainer with all the cool bells and whistles. Question is I'm new to turbo trainers and have heard some horror stories about them damaging bikes and wheels etc. (The trainer was a gift)
Thing is I'm out of work and very tight for money so haven't really the funds to damage my beloved bike i worked so hard to get, I have a Neilpryde Alize full carbon bike, and it has Zipp 404 wheels on it. I don't own a spare bike or a second set of wheels or turbo training tyres,
So am i safe to put my bike on it as is or am i stupid to do so? will my frame or wheels be destroyed?
Any advice would be great please and sorry if they are stupid or annoying questions.

Try and get a cheap or secondhand rear wheel somewhere and stick any crappy old tyre on it.

There is a set of wheels for sale in the For Sale section which would be ideal. Stick an old road tyre or a turbo tyre on them and you are away (or going nowhere in this case :D:D)
