    They are very slow on email and there is no phone number. It will probably come through but I'd call back to the shop if possible and make a bit of an issue about it.

    it took me a while to get a refund to my bank account so wait it out as annoying as that is

    These guys have some of the worst online customer care I have ever experienced. Took them a week at a time to even reply to my emails.

    it took me a couple of weeks to get paid for an iphone. First they said they didn't have it. Then there was an 'issue' of it not working.

    I asked for the phone back and was paid the next day. They are using the delay as a cheap form of credit i am sure
