Im currently employed by a company did work for them in 2013 got paid and received my p60 in janurary 2014. Im still employed by the company and can work as needed but haven't worked at all for them this year and won't in the next 2/3 weeks anyway. Will i get a P60 at all.

I worked another job this year and just finished up and will get p45 in the next week or two so won't to claim back emergency tax on that job and was hoping to do it in jan 2015 but will revenue have to wait to get a p60 from the other job even though i wouldn't have earned anything/paid any tax in the other jobs!

If you finish with the first employer during Dec 2014, and leave employment, they will issue you with a P45.

If you stay working with them (maybe on and off), and are employed by them on 31-Dec-2014, you will get a 2014 P60 in early 2015

See my question is I will be on their books all year and into next. But won't actually be paid for work because I won't have worked any hours. Will I still get a p60then

So you are on the payroll of company A.

But your earnings were NIL during 2014?

Yes, I suppose they will still issue a P60 with zero earnings.

You'll still get a P60, with zero figures on it. However you might not get it till mid February. Why not ask them for a P45 now and claim your tax back faster. If you do work for them in 2015 it's easy for them to set you up as an employee again.
