Me and the girlfriend (hopefully soon to be fiancee) are heading over to her mothers for new year on the 29th and it will be my first time meeting her in person.

I want to buy her something small for Christmas but I have no idea what to get her :o She's from a tropical country (where I will be going) and has never been outside her country, so I was thinking maybe something Irish? I don't know what though.

I asked my girlfriend and she said that I don't have to get her anything. Great help she was  I still want to get her something small though. I have no idea what she likes and doesn't like, so whatever I buy will be a shot in the dark. Budget is 100 euro max.

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

A bit of table linen, a tablecloth or napkins from the Kilkenny Shop. Irish linen with a bit of embroidery on it maybe, anyone would appreciate that.
Or Butlers chocolates etc, or Bewleys tea or coffee.

Thank you, great ideas :) I'll definitely pop into the Kilkenny shop next week.

Could get her one of those nice cead mile failte plaques.. Since the two families quite possibly will be joining soon it would be something nice...

Or maybe something with the claddagh on it is always good.. Could bring over some pudding too as, just make up a small little box of gifts
