weird noise from toilet pipe

hi, since yesterday there has been a kinda rattling noise from the pipe feeding into the ensuite toilet. i took off the top and the water is spitting into the tank instead of the normal steady flow. i took a video of it (see below), any idea what it could be?? thanks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8n4UMdeTT4U

hi,
