Vokera boiler code 01 and not starting

    Hi,

    I've a Vokera gas boiler (don't know the model) and tonight when I tried to switch it on, it appears to work as normal for about ten seconds then the orange light above the temperature setting starts flashing and I get an 01 error code in the temp setting.

    Anyone any idea what the problem is?

    Finally found it on the inside of the control panel cover, it's a Mynute 35e

    01 flame failed to ignite. Have you a prepay meter?

    No, and the gas fire is working fine. Pressure is less than one bar on the boiler. It was working fine yesterday

    Make sure your plumber is Rgi though
