Anyone know of hotels in Galway with a room for a family of 5 .. ie couple & 3 kids 12-10-8 ... At a reasonable rate ... For the record we often stay in cork international hotel which has large family rooms which comfortably take 5 but wanted to give Galway a shout for a change ..

Try the Connaught Hotel, Westwood Hotel. Alot of hotel's would have a room with interconnecting door's.

I'm just home from the Connaucht Hotel. Went with 2 kids, just a double and a cot in the room when we got into the room. Rang down and asked for a single bed to be brought up, and the guy said he'd open the door to the connecting room for us. Kids had a great time with the playroom and the pool. Will go back again next year again.

The Ardilaun have interconnecting rooms too and a nice pool. They allow pets aswell, but they're smaller rooms.
