In your position I'd be focusing more on your new baby than on a potential new relationship.

But, if that's what you're going to do, please as least wear a condom this time.

I don't mean to come across as rude but what advice are you looking for?

I don't understand what if any advice you're looking for but for what it's worth slow down a little.
Focus on the fact that your child will be coming into the world soon and will need a parent and it's mother will need a suportive ex.
Going from one relationship with a child involved into another one so quickly is a receipe fir disaster unless you think things through.

From my understanding on his post, he is in a new relationship and his new partner knows about the baby.

First off, going from a split in October to being in love now is fast going, and smacks of rebound. So be careful. This new girl might be 'cool' with it but there are a lot of feelings bouncing around, and its not going to be easy on her.

And your baby - your child - will be a lifelong feature of your life. You need to be 100% there from day one, putting them before your new relationship or anything else. Your ex will need you, and is also now a permanent part of your life. So you might need to ensure your new lady accepts this cos its a big deal. If she cant hack it it's easier deal with that early.

And I would tell your ex. There is no easy time so you may as well get it done in case she is harbouring hopes of a reconciliation.

I didn't know about the pregnancy until 2 mouths into It. and i`ve known this other person over 8 mouths or so,we were friends first and mostly company for each other while we each worked..But not together...And notting happened between us in terms of wanting to get together...over them 5/6 mouths of chatting at first...Not married,no children..to this point in my relantionship. I ended it, not for this other person, but for myself! I Can see why I look like a Monster in my OP...My main concern is`` Can Bereavement or break up during pregnancy damage health of a child.....A little google time and i found my answer,I`m not telling her yet...I`m thinking of my baby doing this, and this baby will have a great dad and mammy in the end!! thanks oryx for your insight, i`ve chatted to you before on boards so thats why i quote you.
