Do you enjoy this career or are you only following it because of your anxiety?

Well if you enjoy it that's the most important thing. There are a lot of people who will get up tomorrow to go to a job they hate.

People say you should face your fears, don't avoid them but if you've found a job you're happy with and you feel relaxed with it everyday then that's a good thing. You can try to overcome your social anxiety separately.

If you can use your role as a vehicle to help overcome social anxiety then all good. I've worked in hospitality for many years. Only recently I have used it as a tool to help reduce my anxieties as I became more aware of triggers etc.

In alot better place now in a short space of time. I recommend reading up on it but most of all putting yourself in situations outside your comfort zone. That's how you truely overcome it.

Feels good brah, we're all gonna make it
