Hi everyone - look here everyday but don't post much however when I do I am always steered in the right direction.

And apologies for yet another e46 thread.

Currently have a lovely 320Ci which you all were of great help when buying!

    s961.photobucket.com/user/Ryan220487/media/BMW%20Detail/20140803_194408.jpg.html?sort=3&o=11

Now have decided I want to invest in an m3 - don't want smg and am very particular regarding bodywork - age doesn't matter I go more by condition of car.

Does anyone here know of any really good examples for sale?? Checked out 2 examples this weekend but no joy :-(

Cheers Listermint - I had my eye on that 1 before but thought it had sold. I have read kdevitts threads so know the work he has done to it.

    You miss your one much?

Also I don't know if you can see the pictures of mine - but what would your opinion be on the value of 320ci's for private sale? Mine is 2006

Ive a VStrom now, The weather is cold for it. But there is always time to miss an M3 :)

That is a fine example of a 320. The market is tough out here though for six cylinder E46s, have you tried Beshoffs they may keep an eye out for you and you might be in a position to trade possibly.

Genuinely raging... Would have been perfect for me. Ironically I had my eye on this a few weeks ago but didn't get in contact because I hadnt fully committed in my mind to buying one. When I saw it withdrawn from adverts I thought you'd decided to keep it.

Oh well between yours and listermints that's two genuine minded ones I have missed out on :-(

I have actually - was nearly buying a lovely 2006 black 350z off him in September however and he offered me a very fair trade in price actually but didn't go for it.

Was sorry I didn't actually but now have made my mind up for an m3

Its gas - had a few timewasters get in touch and was ready to hold onto it, and then all of a sudden had two people desperate for it. First guy didn't come back with a deposit, second guy paid up immediately after test drive. Then had the first fella trying to gazump the second one.

Car was gone a day and had a lad on from Canada who knew the car and was after it, then got another message from someone else who wanted it.

A well cared for car will always sell - I would have loved an example like yours - unfortunately they seem few and far between at the moment.

On carzone at the moment there's a nice looking black 2006 and a 2004 one in Wicklow- both look like honest cars but haven't seen them on any forums.

I would prefer if I could see some threads on them. Are you aware of any good examples for sale?

Depending on your mileage, anywhere between €3,750 to €6,000 for the 320.
