Wanted: mtb frame/frameset for tourer.

I'm looking for an old mountain bike frameset that I can turn into a touring bike. Something that will take 26 inch wheels and canti-brakes. A few bosses for racks and the like also essential. 17''/18'' seat-tube c-c would suit best I'd say. Putting this together on the cheap so not looking for anything fancy unless there's a hefty discount on it.

I've an on one inbred 18" rigid. It's a full bike, just built up with 2x9 gearing. 2.3" Fat Franks. Not willing to break it up, looking for €350.

Sounds nice and pretty good value but not really what I'm looking for. I've already got everything besides a decent frame and correct me if I'm wrong but the inbred doesn't come with canti-mounts does it?

This one has canti mounts but no cable stops, so it would be easier to fit V brake. Also low rider mount on fork. Before getting the Inbred frame I was thinking of going retro, here's a nice frame on ebay, it's all there except you'll need a fork mounted cable stop to run canti's. Reckon it's Tange Cro Mo
