    Derelict and empty for a number of years and not much in the way of being pretty to look at or architecturally significant. Think they were coal stores.

    Would be more p*ssed off about the taking down of the stub of the canopy of Albert Quay with the cast iron columns, surely they could have integrated it into the new development.
