    I use one of these as my main monitor for my PC with another 24" BenQ along side it, have no issues with it whatsoever.

    I have the 24 inch and its pretty good. Although it doesnt wake up from energy saving with my mac.

    I have the 2420 model which is similar and I use it for PC/Xbox gaming and I find it perfect.
    Black levels and response time are good and I've seen no problems with ghosting etc.

    It has HDMi in and speakers (if you choose that model), so yeah, I can't see why not.

    If it had USB it would be perfect IMHO (no need for separate power supply for Chromecast).
