    Try Electrical Wholesalers.If they don't have them in stock most likely they will get it in for you.
    It looks like for an outdoor floodlight so you could just buy a halogen lamp similar to this one :

    I have seen this type of bulb in eurosales in ringsend but it was a while ago. To tell you the truth those cfl bulbs aren't a great replacement for a traditional tungsten halogen .I've also got the led replacement bulb which is better job in my opinion,

    Thanks for the reply. Went into a lighting store Today and they had none, but recommended a 150w halogen replacement. But when he went looking he had none, but said I would be ok with a 250w halogen as long as the housing wasn't plastic?

    Woodies diy have them - I use them in my outdoor patio light to replace a halogen. Not as bright as a halogen, but does the job in lighting my side entrance. Landlite is the brand afaik

    Ah no good.I'm too far away from those stores. I'll try the halogen one to see. I'd imagine the 240w halogen one should be ok.
