    Hi all

I bought some items off iBood 22 days ago. Still no sign of them.

Considering the exorbitant cost of delivery (I got some earphones and the delivery charge was €12.50) I expected them to be here very quickly. Now I'm in a jam as I don't particularly want to go out and buy a new pair, but I've no headphones and no idea when they will arrive.

Anyone who's used IBOOD before - is delivery generally this slow?

When you buy from ibood, it generally says when it will ship. Some items don't ship for weeks after the purchase.

My last ibood order was on 13th november and arrived only yesterday. The expected ship date was 24th november but the actual ship date was 2nd December. It is standard practise for them to have a shipping date a fair bit away.

The €12.50 postage is standard, and so it seems high for small weight items, a big plasma tv will also be 12.50. I factor it into the price, its clearly stated from the start which I like. I despise shops that make you register and go through all these screens only to then find out the shipping price. I got 2 sets of earphones before as I view them as short life items and the postage remained the same price, 1 pair was not great value on its own.

The deal I got was three pairs for €15. I bought six pairs so it'd be 42 quid for the lot, 7 euro a pop, because I go through headphones like there's no tomorrow.

    Thanks for the info all.
