Back Door Wrecked

Hi all,

The back door is wrecked, and the concrete around it and at the bottom, thus huge draft.

Anyone know if this could be sorted myself or should we get a guy in to look at it?

P.S. How much would it cost to get it done professionally (might be better as I'm usually terrible at this stuff).
