My lb has 4 teeth (not fully grown yet) and I recently noticed some patches on his teeth. They are whitish in colour. Any idea what causes this or the name of a dentist who specialises in babies in the Dublin area? We don't give him food with added sugar in it or juice. We also brush his teeth with a baby brush twice a day. Thanks

Is it something to do with fluoride?

White spots could be fluorosis. Was your baby bottle fed? If you google images of fluorsis and see if they match

De-fluoridation filters seem to be available - I've been thinking about getting one of these myself.
