Primer help!

I bought some primer earlier (I know, I'm late to it!) and was wondering ....
Do I put it on AFTER moisturiser or not use moisturiser?
I normally moisturise my face, let it sink in for a few minutes and then apply my foundation, but what do I do now with the primer?

I usually wait a few minutes after I apply moisturiser to put on primer, then another 1-2 minutes to apply foundation. I wouldn't do without primer now (I was late to start using it too)

Same. Also, a light dusting of translucent powder around the t-zone after the primer really helps foundation last all day. I was skeptical...but it does work.
