    hi,

any of you using microsoft outlook 2011? Now it's not the biggest problem but it's fairly annoying.

My inbox is showing a ghost unread email. I've tried deleting the whole folder, restarting the program, rebuilding the main identify attached to the email profile, but its still there.

I've tried google but i can't seem anything mac related that helps????

I had this problem years ago, with Entourage, Outlook's predecessor. I got rid of the offending mail by logging into my account through a web browser and deleting it there. It happened every couple of months with Entourage but I've never had it with Outlook.

    Hi,

Outlook 2011 is Mac based email client. It uses OLM file for storing any kind of data like emails, attachments, calendar and contacts.

For handling issue of unread emails, follow the steps :

    1.Go through Navigation Pane
2.Now click plus sign (+) along to Search Folders
    3. Then, subfolders are to displayed
    4.Click the Unread Mail folder

    Thanks
