Friend of mine is moving back home from the UK in January. Anyone know of any decent one bed flats or apartments going for around 400/month? He doesnt want to share as he's old enough and has been living on his own for the past decade or so. any leads welcome.

You'd be very lucky to get something for €400 in the town if you're not going to share.

Out in the countryside is not much better either.
