    Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows what week we get our double week this year (as in the advance payment for the week we miss on Christmas week)?

Its different every year and usually its on the website but all I can see is info on the christmas bonus (different thing all together)

    MOD EDIT
Arrangements now announced on DSP website

I think rent supplement falls under the 'SWA Supplements paid Calendar Monthly' section

So does that mean we get paid every week including the double?

So, asking for my son on job bridge scheme, double payment this week, does that mean nothing next week? ,cos its Christmas, so what about the following week, New Years? I can't follow it,

The advance week surely should have been for the week beginning December 29th.

Double last week, normal this coming Christmas week and then miss the following week.

I hope this is the proper place for this. I am wondering what time the post offices are open on new years eve this year since I am seeking to collect this weeks social welfare payment. The An Post website is useless for this info even with their fancy christmas section :(

Can anyone clarify the post office opening times on new years eve 2014 please? Arklow is the location in question if that makes a difference :D

Will bank payments be made tomorrow? if due on the 1st

  • Registered Users Posts: 131 ✭✭Sapphire3

It should be in your bank account today Angry_Mammarys.

I wonder will bank payments be made today (31st) if due on 2nd January, or will I have to wait until then?

I was supposed to receive an illness benefit payment today but so far there's no sign of it, has anyone else received payments today?

Bank Payment arrived on 1st Jan, after midnight.

You should get your payment on whatever day you are normally paid. If you don't, you should ring them up and ask them where it is anon63817378
