    Hey guys,

So a mate came over tonight and we put my parts together for my build but we noticed that all the fans were working except the CPU one. Anybody know why this would usually occur? The connector is in the correct one for the fan so I'm kinda lost.

Tried plugging into another fan header to see if the fan header is broken?

when I get back home tonight, I would need to get at the cha-fan header but it is in an awkward place behind the graphics card. I will need to unmount that and connect that first.

It was worse than that!...It was stuck in its own wires! -_-

I was so tired the other night I left it for Thursday evening. When I spoke to somebody on Thursday using video chat (Facebook/Skype app) I was explaining to him about all the components working and when I had the light shining towards the case and a closer look I noticed the fan was stuck because of the loose wires which were connected to the CPU_Fan header. I loosened it further and tied a wire around it and a large cable above to keep it elevated away from hitting the fan.

I turned it on again and knew another cable was hitting off another fan. It was the graphics card fan knocking off cables below it. I tidied up the cables with cable ties and brought them through the cable management side if the case.

I was having problems with installing the video driver from the AMD website as it kept giving me a black screen at the login screen. I managed to uninstall it a few times and heard on other forums about how people installed Beta drivers because the main ones had issues. I got the Beta driver and all was grand.

No other problems...so far and have installed the majority of my essential applications.

Need to install some environments tomorrow. But very happy so far!
