Well I work 9-5 and have to get the train at 8am. So I goto bed about 12 and up at 7am.

My last job where I lived closer to work I went bed at 1-2am and got up at 8:30am

So people go to bed at loads of different times, interesting, although I kind of sensed this might be the case. What way do you sleep when you're in bed? I sleep with my head to the side but body facing down, arms either side.

About 11.30-12. On holidays at the moment, so it should be later but my new house is so fricking cold I just jump into bed asap!

Sunday - Thursday / In bed between 11pm - 11:30pm every night.
Friday - Saturday / In bed between 00:00 - 02:00am.

I can't stay up during the week anymore getting older, need my sleep

In saying that, I used to be up until 2,3,4,5am during my college years without issue.
