Wondering if many people here play the new cod? None of my friends seem to enjoy it.

    I think it's great.

I don't normally play online shooters but this has me hooked.

It's a fashion fare where noobs dress up as they think they are the best in everything and when the results are shown, it's all a draw so they are put into another round of competition where they have to fight each other like Hunger Games but, everyone is wearing suits and skirts and they don't want to get it all dirty or anything.

Basically a shít game if I'm honest with ya mate.

Advanced Warfare is surprisingly good. I enjoyed the campaign very much but I haven't gotten myself into the online games yet as I've exams to study for but so far, it's pretty good imo.

For the laggy fps, check the Advanced Warfare sunshine and lollipops thread. Somewhere in the first few pages there's a setting that you need to change.

I've been playing it all weekend, a mix of multi-player and campaign (which is surprisingly good). Instead of just repeating myself, I had the following to say on a Facebook post:
Spent a portion of today playing Cod:AW. still a horrible experience graphically for anyone using AMD cards, and even worse if you have Crossfire.

Campaign is rather fun to give it it's dues, but suffers from the usual bs of friendly AI moving half the pace you do and *always* being in your way. It also gives frustratingly vague directions for what it expects you to do and when in order to advance things. I've often spoken of the poor story telling in this series, but this time they've upped the game somewhat; probably on account of having Kevin Spacey playing a major role.

Multi-player is still what CoD does best and the addition of dodge and boost jumping was LONG overdue. Dinged 6 levels in my first match and only just missed out on the win by a single kill. It's free this weekend on Steam if you wanna give it a look. After 2 games it felt like any other CoD but I don't mean that in any negative way. You'll either enjoy the run-and-gun style or you won't and if you don't, there's the excellent Battlefield 4 to amuse you. I am already looking forward to more now that I've done the whole "**** with your graphics cause the developers were too lazy to" dance so fingers crossed I get some sort of stable frame rate. If I can run Frostbite at a solid 60 fps then this ancient engine should be doing everything I ask of it and more.
