Hi, Does anyone happen to know where the above GP has gone? his clinic is now closed and there are no forwarding contact details for him. Can anyone help? I am looking to get my records/files. I am aprivate patient and unless you are a medical card holder there is no access to files through the HSE.

If so there is a mobile number for him on the 'st mary's' link, even though the link only goes to 'contact details'.
