What happened to your old LNB holder? maybe it could be repaired? If nobody has spare, then make new one, not necessary exactly the same but will hold LNB in proper position.

    This dish is quite old.
The Lnb holder I have is fine but it was made for holding a feed horn rather than an lnb & is not wide enough to hold an Inverto Black Ultra Universal Lnb which i want to try out.
It could be modified but I would rather not do that in case I want to go back to a feed horn & C120 lnb setup again later. It appears these dishes were made with two different types of lnb holder. I bought it with the narrow type of holder which I have & I would rather get an original type holder as in the picture I put up.
If all else fails then I can probably make up or modify something else.

If LNB holder was not for 40mm LNB, than it is easy like: just change holder! Feedarms should be adjusted as well, other-ways LNB will not be hold in proper place- antenna's focal point, and you will not get maximum possible performance ot of your system.

Yes that is why I am trying to find the other type of lnb holder rather than modify the holder I have now.

Here are two photos of lnb holders that would be useful if anyone has one of them.

    Look at satellitesuperstore.com/cat.

    They have plastic universal ones.

Thanks for the suggestion but the plastic one they have seems to be for the Raven / Channel Master type dish & that is unsuitable for the dish I have.

I sent an email to both Satellite Superstore & Tv Trade.ie with photos of what I was looking for but didn't receive a reply from either even though I had bought quite a few items from both in the past few months.
It seems that if you want to buy a big ticket item they have no problem answering e mails but if you want a smaller item or advice they have no interest.:(

I really feel you could make something up with a few bits and bobs. Have you tried?

A kind person on a UK forum has forwarded me a bracket which he makes up himself & this looks like it will work with a bit of fettling.
I will give it a go when the weather improves a little.
