Hi, I understand that you can change the name on a home phone/broadband account. If I change the name (and no other details) does this trigger a new contract? Thanks.

I understand that you can change the name on a home phone/broadband account. If I change the name (and no other details) does this trigger a new contract?

Hi circular flexing

Editing the name of the same person does not affect the contract but changing the name to a completely new name thus transferring ownership of the account will renew the contract.
