industrial v retail commercial property

    im thinking of buying one or the other , retail is more expensive but with industrial , you have a much bigger unit to maintain

    anyone own any industrial commerical property

    im talking around 5000 sqr feet

    I would have thought commercial units are hard filled, depending on location of course.

    I've plenty in my local town, the price of them doesn't match the potential return, if ur lucky to rent it.
