    I am looking for suggestions for a female personal trainer in Limerick.

    I have a decent level of fitness and I am a regular gym user. I am looking for someone to suggest some new exercises/ take a look at my routine and see what could be changed to make it more effective & work better for my goals.

    Any ideas?

    Give Liz Long a ring. She'll see you right. She's grand and local and does one2one sessions.

    Website here -->> http://www.ptifitness.ie/

    P.S. I have no affiliation with Liz. I know people who have achieved great results with her.

    You could give http://www.crossfitlimerick.com/ a try, as they will show you the ropes, delve into the techniques and it will be much cheaper than a personal trainer.
