Hi guys, I was watching some older episodes tonight

Season 5 disappointed me abit if I'm honest. Some of these older scene really propelled the series imo, still get goosebumps. My two favourite scenes are below! Be interested in seeing yours :)

First clip I loved cause it defines Shane, he was a great character

Second clip, well it's just awesome imo with the fadeout to that music, goosebumps everytime and Glenns facial expressions

I think the show has slipped alot but its nice to look back on these scenes!

The scene with Hershal and the Governor, I knew Hershal was a goner by the way the episode was going but couldn't believe how they did it. The way the did it was so powerful, one of the stand out moments for me.

That and look at the flowers Lizzie, that episode pushed some boundaries in terms of tv viewing for me.

I was going to the post that clip as soon as I saw the thread title, the barn scene was easily one of the best scenes in the series for me.

I also loved the final scene between Rick and Shane as they walked out together in the woods to kill each other, the tension was fantastic. Shane was such an excellent character when you look back on it.

There are so many good scenes I could post in fairness though, pretty much everything from season 1! :pac:

The credits rolling at the end has become my favourite bit!

Not so much "favourite" but powerful...

I'd add more but I've got stuff... things...

So many powerful scenes. I think the two that got to me most were the following two. Firstly, there is Carol killing Lizzie. "Look at the flowers" has forever been imprinted in my brain. I had to pause the show and take a few minutes after that, it was quite hard to watch and process. It had to be done, she was a danger to everyone but all the same, so shocking.

And then we have Merle and Daryl's last scene together. So sad yet such a fantastic way to say goodbye to one of the characters that, like Shane, had a massive impact on the show

    Last scene in internment (4x05)

the aftermath of the battle in "hospital".
Ben Howards with oats in the water playing out.
Hershel a few hours away from the Governor sword.
one of the best episodes IMO.
