Does anyone know how to change your real name on outgoing emails ie what appears in the from box in yahoo mail

I need to know how to change the “ABC DEF” part. The yahoo help page says to click on a settings (gear wheel graphic) icon and that it’s in there but there is no gear icon (that I can see anyway).

Any ideas?
