Flexible condensate pipe suppliers

    Hi folks,

I have just had a kitchen re-work. As a result the condensation pipe from the gas boiler (rigid pipe) is coming out of the wall and down to an internal drain (the old sink drain) at an angle that is taking up too much space in a corner of the updated kitchen. As a result it is going to be in the way of a new unit to be placed in this corner. The boiler will not be moved or indeed touched, however I need to re-route the condensate pipe from where it exits the wall under the boiler, to along the wall, to a right angle corner and then down to the internal drain which. This will free up the corner space.

Where might I pickup around 2m of this flexible pipe in and around Dublin?

    Thanks.

Or even suppliers of 20mm rigid PVC?

A washing machine outlet pipe is 20mm flexy pvc, your local electrical wholesaler should stock it as it is a universal pipe.

Minimum size pipe required for Condensate Drain from the boiler is 22mm pvc, available from any plumbing suppliers. Do not use any metal pipework as a condensate drain.
Make sure to follow the boiler manufacturers instructions regarding fall gradients and the use of traps etc.

Thanks for the pointers, presently there is 22mm rigid PVC in place - my typo above. I just want to re-route the current pipe where it comes out from the wall, keeping the fall gradients in check. I will drop into the local plumbing suppliers and see what's what. Thanks a lot.
