Redeemed Voucher via Email - No Code

    Hi, I just tried to redeem a voucher for the Woodies Christmas Light. 
    I opted to have the code emailed to me.
    However, in the email there is no Voucher Code.
    All other details of the offer are present, however the space beside Voucher Code is blank...

    Hi Glenn Coco,

    We raised this issue with the Powering Rewards team, which spoke to Woodies. It should be resolved now and a code should appear. Perhaps allow a window of time before printing the voucher again. If you experience any further issues later on though, do private message us your email address.

    Hi Una,

    Thanks for your reply.
    The email is blank in the code area. This remains blank when I print. When I try to go back in to redeem again, it will not allow me, nor can I resend the email.
    I sent you on my account number and email address via PM earlier.

    Hi there,

    We've been working on resolving the issue, and have been in touch with Woodies. They have agreed to accept the blank vouchers, but we can also arrange to have new ones sent to you with codes if you prefer. Please PM us with your details (email address and Electric Ireland account number) if you'd like us to send you one.
