Revenge Porn case with some complications.

Hello, will try to make this short:
4 years ago I went to college, and had crush on one girl badly which lasted for 2 years, over 2 years she had 5 bf's but never gave me a chance I kind of lost my mind then and started hating her and her best friend (girl too).

So I took their public fb photos and uploaded them to a porn website and forgot all about it.
Two years later (recently) it came up and she found out. Stupidly I admitted that it was me and she got screenshot of that chat + screenshot of website (I deleted it almost instantly).
So she has screenshot of her pics on website + me admitting it in chat on fb.

She gave me ultimatum: Either she goes to Garda and college and tells head people in college about this or I drop out (5 months left till graduation, if I drop out - past 4 years were waste of time).

Now I tried changing course or asking for separate exam room but college refused, so my only choice now is either drop out or just let her go to Garda.

    Notes:
*Photos of her and her friend were NON nude, just normal public fb photos.
*Photos were accompanied by bad descriptions.
*None of her personal info was revealed.
*She claims that she went to lawyer and lawyer said I can be jailed easily.
*No damage or anything was caused to her, only shock upon reveal of this site with her photos.
*My mental breakdown was caused by her constantly telling me about her sex life with her new boyfriends even though she knew I fell in love for her.

    Questions:
    1) Can college expel me if she tells them what happened? I mean it happened outside of college and college policy states that student can be expeled only if he possesses threat to other students. (Which I don't think is a threat).

    2) Can I actually get jailed?

    3) Would Garda deal with it or is it civil matters and she could only fill in lawsuit against me and claim fine from me? (which I am ok with to pay)

    4) What Irish laws does this violate?

    5) Is it possible to prove I had a mental breakdown 2 years ago which caused me to do these actions?

    6) If she goes to garda or fills lawsuit - can they get my online activity from ISP or seize my computer? (I currently have important final year project files on my computer)

Any help? I am really stressed, I know what I did was wrong and to be honest I don't know why I did it.

Legal advice isn't permitted here and this is sufficiently serious for you to seek the help of a legal professional.

All I'd say on a personal level is don't make any rash decisions such as dropping out. She isn't innocent if she's trying to take the law into her own hands by threatening you to drop out.

I would also suggest you seek counseling as what you did is not normal. If it does end up legal at least you can show you are trying to rehabilitate yourself but seriously WTF

You need help from both legal & mental health professionals. Neither of which you can obtain here.

I am aware it's not normal, but back then I don't know, it's like it wasn't me who did it.

There really isn't anything that can be added to this thread beyond what has already been said. You need professional advice and it is clearly inappropriate to seek such advice on the internet.
