Anyone else 's account 'lost' under upgrade?

    Following the upgrade, my username and email are not being recognised by and my balance is gone. Have been on hold to customer care for a total of an hour in two separate phone calls (so I suspect I may not be alone in this issue) - anyone else having problems with it?
