Can't get through the hardwareversand by phone - help?

    EDIT: Just got through to them using 0049 1805 711 117. Found them very helpful.

    Hi,

    I need to call hardwareversand to amend an order I placed yesterday but for the life of me I can't get through.

    Their website says "You reach our service team by telephone from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 01805 / 711 117. (0,14 €/min for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Calling on cellular phone or on other networks higher costs may result.)"

    The country code for Germany is 49 so I'm dialling 0049 1805 711 117 (dropping the "0" before the 1805) but all I'm getting is an engaged tone or an English accent woman saying "sorry the number you have called is not available".

    I know I must be doing something stupid. Can anyone tell me what it is?

    I used that number on Friday and got through no problem.
    In fact, I just rang that number and got through.... you are not ringing from a phone that is blocked for international numbers are you?

    Edit: Ahh, you got through....agree - super nice people on their helpdesk, very helpful

    Thanks Geo, I tried 10 times yesterday and this morning with no luck. Put up this thread looking for help, hit redial one more time and I got through. Typical :rolleyes:

    And now the wait begins....... waiting for parts for a new build is worse than waiting on the arrival of your first born.
