I've seen these guys around college in the past recruiting for graduate positions, seems like a nice place to work.

Can anyone offer any advice on what they are like to work for, salaries, progression etc. There is very little on glassdoor.com about them which is my usual info source.

    Thanks.

What type of role are you interested in? I am in a Graduate role and we were told we would have to do 3 exams within the 6 month probation period ( this isn't set in stone with some Analysts still with the company after the 6 month period...even a year in some cases and they've only completed one exam). People are given plenty of chances with mock exams and repeats.

We were given a two week training before doing emails and phone calls with merchants and there is a mentoring programme. You have 2hrs of self training (Exercise Plan with tasks to do or can do exercises from the Knowledge nugget from that week - a talk on a particular service or area of the company done by a Team Lead.) and work from a training computer to get away from your phone and emails.

There is an Academy where talks are had regularly and if you have an interest in a particular subject that the whole or majority of the company is invited to, you can ask your Team Lead if it is okay to head to it (giving plenty of notice of course!).

I'm not sure how other roles work out but heard from a Software Dev who started the same day as me that he was still reading through documentation (around 3weeks into our roles). We had Induction over 2 days in September when new people joined and this allowed us to go in groups to interview particular people in the company to find out their roles in the company and more details about what their department does.

Self-development and going to these talks are essential for progressing on in your role and once you have passed the exams in Operations you can then see internal recruitment opportunities which may interest you.

Many Thanks for this. Im looking at the Graduate support analyst type role. Id essentially be starting at the bottom I guess. What are the exams on? Are they recognised certifications or internal exams? Whats the starting salary for a graduate?

The full title is Integration and Support Analyst. The exams are internally (not recognised) and you will get more info about them when you join. 25,000 pa
