Hi, can some one please help, i applied for invidality pension and the doc filled out his part etc I've sent it off...but i got another letter posted to me and med form to fill out form illness benefit dept?.....its nearly the same as the medical form i sent in a few weeks ago and now i got this? Do i go back to my doc and…
