Problem with Walker set top box

    Hi

    I have a walker box WP645TA-HD box. Not sure what is wrong but it has stopped working, remains stuck on channel 3 with no picture coming through or sound. Also seems to be switching in and off on its own accord.

    Anyone have any ideas? Have tried plugging it out, changed batteries on remote etc. No joy.

    There are problems with this box due to a recent software update to version 4. only solution is to download the older version 3.8 and put it on a pen
