Best thing to do is look through liveonsat.com listings, see what channels show. What. As I live in poland I have nc+ which shows a lot (polish, German, English, Spanish, Italian). Possibly cheapest option 2.

    hi snaps

Do the nc+ channels have an option for other audio commentary/stadium sound without commentary or is just polish commentary.

    thanks.

nc+ is Polish only with the exception of the Bundesliga on Eurosport 2. That has English commentary also.

If it is stadium sound you are looking for then Digital + in Spain do this for the Premier League. The only European countries where you will get English Premier League commentary via satellite are Ireland and the UK. English commentary is also available on satellite via Bein Sports from Qatar. This isn't practical for most unless you want to put up a massive dish
