But, there's no income stream for them . Sky do not do something for nothing.
Probably just get a reply to any query asking you to phone them:D:D:D

With the new Sky Ireland company and the new VAT regime from Jan 1st is it possible there could be a new epg for Sky's Irish subscribers at some point in the future?

    Hi.

I've recently had Sky installed, I went for the Original TV Bundle. When a friend called to the house the other night he stated that he was also on the same package, but that he was getting Fox News and PBS America as part of it, whereas I wasn't - could that be the case?

So basically I'm asking if I should be receiving Fox News and PBS America as part of the Original TV Bundle, or is it a case that they may have previously been part of this package but new customers no longer receive them?

    Thanks...

They are part of the variety package. They were never, well not recently, part of the original package. The packages changed names about a year ago. This is what you get on the original.

Hi Sky. I have just cancelled the Movies from my subscription after about 10 phonecalls to try to get through and do this. I have checked my future bills online although Movies is gone, a new item Sky + HD pack at €17.00 per month has appeared. I did not request this and do not know what it is. Can you advise how to get rid of items put on by Sky without consulting the customer? Thanks

The reps at Sky don't actually monitor this forum and thread. They have their own forum here http://www.boards.ie/ttforum/1598 where you can ask them the question :)
