Only since recently, when I start my engine up I'm hearing a noise coming from the fuel pump under my back seats. It's an intermittent sound, kind of like a scratching noise. I'm not sure if it's the filter or the pump that needs to be replaced, is there a way I can know for sure? Doesn't make the noise as much while…
