Need help to recover important file on my mac

    Hello i restored my Macbook pro OS X few hours ago little did i know i hadn't backed up an important document that i really need would anyone know would there be a way of getting it back ? i tried my i cloud & google drive & Dosen't seem to be there i am using Yosemite as my operating system

    hope someone can help me
