    Hi.
Girlfriends brother wants a laptop for games and I'm having a hard time finding one.
I managed to find just one with a dedicated GPU.

    http://www.komplett.ie/product/zkb-01lap/80035409/asus-r513ldv-sx1078h/details.aspx

I can't figure out what the exact name of the laptop is so I can't find any reviews online
Anybody have any idea if it will be okay for gaming. I know it isn't full HD but I don't think he would cwre, just wants to be able to play most games.
    Thanks

What's the budget? Willing to go more than €500?

That one's no good at all really unless he's alright playing games at lowest settings and low resolution.

This is from another thread on here with someone with the same budget. You're not going to do any better for the money really.

Dell are giving 12% off at the moment when use the coupon code 8$84W8J58ZXDM6. Offer valid until 01 Dec. 2014

    Ah okay fair enough.
That deal sounds good, and since its Dell he will have warranty and support. I'll see what the parents think, thanks

No, on the contrary that's absolutely terrible value for almost 1000 euro!

Only noticed the price after I posted ha yeah they went with the Dell in the end due to price.
Do you mind explaining what is bad about the MSI laptop though?
It seems pretty good. i5, 8gb RAM, Full HD screen and an 800 series graphics card. And it's MSI who are a pretty well regarded brand right?
