Lusk to Airport 4.30am

    Hi,

    I need to be in Dublin Airport at 4.30am next Wednesday. I will be in Lusk Tuesday night and won't have my car. Is a taxi my only option to get me from Lusk to the Airport at that time or is there any other way to get there? Does anyone know if it would be easy to get a taxi at that hour around Lusk and how much?

    I cant seem to find any busses that operate at that time.

    The last Dublin Bus route 33 leaves Balbriggan at 23:50 and should reach Lusk about 20 minutes later (keep an eye on real time information) and be there early. http://www.dublinbus.ie/RTPI/

    I'm actually catching a bus that's leaving the Airport at 4.45am. Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I'll give lusk cabs a buzz and see can I book a cab with them for that time. I'd crack up waiting around the airport if I got the last bus and had to wait in the airport for few hours.

    Is the airport actually open all night for passengers to hang around as was suggested?

    I've no idea, but presumably if there are flights going and coming through the night it would. Looking at the arrivals and departures for today, there is a lull between midnight and 5 am or so.

    I just though I read somewhere that hanging around in the airport overnight was verboten or something.

    Maybe I need a holiday and was dreaming that!
