European windstorms 2014/2015 and winter weather 2014/2015

    After the events of last winter I think it may be a good idea to start a thread like this in order to help people keep track of any incoming storms. I'm doing this because not everyone relies on met eireann and the people seem to have been caught off guard last year on just how powerful and damaging these storms can be. Also a lot of people find events like this fascinating.

    As you can see I am also including any winter weather incase this might be a year of a cold snap or big freeze instead.

    Thanks OP but there's no need for a new thread at this stage - we already have things covered here for the moment, Charts Autumn/Winter 2014/15
    and here snow this winter
