He sprays it on, leaves it. Then power hoses it off

    The wheels come up great.

Was already wondering is that the power hose or the product?

Possibly wonder wheels, good stuff but shouldn't be used too often

    It's just a diluted APC.

This^ most likely auto smart G101. If you want a really good finish with your alloy's, decontaminate them and apply a sealant such as fk1000p which lasts for months - dirt will just roll off them with a touch of water

    it's undoubtedly concept delta force 2000, http://www.conceptchemicals.com/node/100

it comes in trade sized 10 and 20 gallon drums. i've worked at 2 different valet places offering drive in car washes, both used it, as did the main dealer i was in. most motor factors stock it, it's reasonably priced.

it's dark red in the bottle, its meant to be diluted but a lot of places i've seen use it undiluted in spray bottles. it's so strong getting it onto your skin is painful and it actually erodes the water spray bottles, after a few weeks the nozzles literally disintegrate.

spray that onto your alloy, tyre, wheel arch, tar or even concrete and it will strip that **** right off with no scrubbing. get it in your eye and holy moly!!

i don't think a side of the road quicky car wash place will be using any products that could be found on detailing shed or clean cars website, those are not suited for the nature of business they are in.
