Sky planner problems

    Noticed over the last day or so that all my upcoming recording links have been deleted and also noticed some poor performance of the EPG (lots of no listings available messages, even just 2 days ahead, incorrect programme descriptions).

    Anyone else experienced this?

    Series links disappearing is an issue which is currenty under investigation. A reboot of the STB or a planner rebuild should bring them back.

    If you could pop over to the Sky Helpforum and provide the following information please to help them identify a pattern. You should see a few threads about this issue.


    Version number and model number of Sky box
    How much free space do you have in your planner?
    Are you able to see listings in the TV guide (up to the full 7 days)?
    Are you able to set future series links?
    How many items do you have in the deleted tab?
