Hello. We are moving to Carlow and are currently looking at houses. We have narrowed it down to two estates, Castlewood Gardens and Chapelstown Gate. Any opinions on either of these would be appreciated as we are not familiar with Carlow. Thank you.

Heather Hill in Graiguecullen, definitely not saying that because I live near there though ;)

Lived in chapels town gate for a short period, we were in the houses around the back with the green in front. Nice quiet estate, houses had a nice lay out, back & front garden. It is a bit of a walk from town. Would definitely take you 20 minutes to walk into town. Castlewood gardens is nearer in that respect & more convenient if you've no transport.
