bad manners…there is no excuse

    i can honestly say that after my current job ends, i will never ever ever work in customer service again! bad manners is like a disease but there is no excuse for it.

    i'll be honest here and say that i am not a people person..however i do make an effort and i am very polite and courteous. but when someone doesn't acknowledge you and treats you like a piece of **** (as happens on a daily basis with myself and my colleagues), then i'd rather go and live on the moon.

    what is with people and their lack of basic decencies..
